Custom map

Hi,

We created a custom map with more than 300 location and would like to
use it in a PhoneGap app.

Do we need to add all the locations again in the JavaScript code (with
the GPS coordinates) or is there a way to load a custom map directly
in PhonGap?

All the examples I saw focus on Google maps where locations are added
afterward.
