However, that really doesn't answer your question. This reminds me of
a problem we had where the device was unable to contact the
CallbackServer due to a proxy being in the way. Do you have a proxy
setup on your phone? Please reproduce the problem with "adb logcat"
running and post the logs up here and we'll better be able to help
you.
