Let me first say thanks. We are blown away at the support, interest,
and contribution that we have seen thus far on phonegap. I have
started this thread to ask for your input on how we can make your life
easier.

Features have been coming in fast from all directions and therefore
the code has been getting slopped in. The fact that we are new to
Objective-C does not help.

I currently have two primary focuses. First is to get the code-base
cleaned up and get the features separated into classes to make it
easier for people to work with the code. Second, is to document how to
contribute to PhoneGap. This may be a blog post that takes you step by
step on how to fork the project add a feature and submit a pull
request. Or it may be a screencast. I would like to hear your thoughts
on what you feel is our biggest obstacles and what would help the most.

I vote for the step by step procedure in a blog post. I'm an SVN guy
and the new kid on the block appears to be git, so I don't really have
all the tools in place or the understanding of how git works to
contribute.

I'm new to objective C too, but once the contributing part is in
place, I'd like to help get the code into the MVC paradigm that
objective C works best with.

I second the vote for a step by step; I am brand new to git as well. I
think that will be a big step because it seems that everyone is just
has their own heavily modified versions at this point. It will be
super helpful to see the code cleaned up, especially for documentation
purposes.
