Mac OS Install Fails - Help?

Hey I was trying to install phone gap for my xcode and so far i failed
miserably :(
Can some one help me out?
In the terminal I fail to make file. Here is output:

When I go to that folder i don't see anything there :(

what set of instructions did you follow? what were the steps you
completed prior to this error?

I have gotten this to work multiple times and will be happy to help if
you can provide more information.
