Are you using a viewport meta tag? If so, what's in it?

Are you using responsive design?

Hi!
I have a problema with the screen size of Windows Phone 8 template, the screen it's too big, and is away annoying to fix this in CSS.
In the Windows Phone says the $(window).width() is 1024.

But!
In the Windows Phone Emulator:

What is that? Where do I change this? The @media screen in CSS says the screen width is 480px. How that's possible?
Thank you!

I'm sorry, is this meta tag I forgot to write:

<meta name="viewport" content="user-scalable=no, initial-scale=1, maximum-scale=1, minimum-scale=1, width=device-width, height=device-height, target-densitydpi=device-dpi" />

This tag solve every thing!

Thanks you!
