Need an Obj-C developer !

I need an Obj-C developer to explain me how add a black-tabbed bar on
bottom of my app :

I use this code http://code.google.com/p/big5/source/browse/#svn/trunk

How i can do that ? :

1st tab >>> on touch >>> load index1.htm
2nd tab >>> on touch >>> load index2.htm
3rd tab >>> on touch >>> load index3.htm

i mean a black bar like this :

Hello everyone,
I am fairly new to PhoneGap, having discovered the project just yesterday. The site has been good enough to introduce me to the basic concept, but there are few questions I have that need answers:
* Is PhoneGap safe enough for wrapping commercial JavaScript applications over App Store, or is it intended towards jailbroken community?
* What is the level of completion of PhoneGap? Alas, from the site it is unclear what is the roadmap and the current position on it.
* What are the chances of a Windows-platformed developer creating an iPhone application with PhoneGap?
