Automatic syllabification

Hello,

I have some data imported from CHILDES to PHON, and some of the corpora
has not been syllabified. Is there a way to automatically syllabify all
the productions, or do I have to do it record by record ?

Hello Naomi,

You can use the 'Check Transcriptions...' function in the Project Window to perform a batch reset of syllabification and alignment.  From the Project Window menu choose 'Project -> Check Transcriptions...'




A new window titled 'Check Transcriptions' will open.  From this window you may choose to reset syllabification and/or alignment for a selected set of sessions.
