PHON does not autosave!

I wonder if I'm the only one with this problem, I'm using PHON 5.1 on
Mac OS X 10.7.2 (Lion), PHON tend to freeze and refuses to save new
changes. I set it up to autosave every 5 min, but it does not! I have
to save manually every now and then not to risk losing my work.

I had that problem some time ago, you have to make your file names as short as possible, then it will save with no problems.
