Hi all.

Happy Holidays! Come out and burn off those extra holiday calories with your favorite running club this week!

Here is your Philly Runners update for the week.

Please see our safety and cold weather running pages for info on how to stay safe and warm while running through the winter.

Club Runs this week:

Tuesday, December 27, 6:30pm, Run Leader: Rick
Drinks/Dinner at Bishop's Collar, 24th and Fairmount, roughly 7:45pm.  All are welcome even if you can't make the run.

Thursday, December 29, 6:30pm, Speed Repeats, Run Leader:  Seth
** Please note: Everybody is welcome at these runs even if you're not a big fan of speed work. It's a great workout and if you feel like sitting it out for one or two (or seven) repeats, we won't hold it against you.

Saturday, December 31, 9:00am, Run Leader:  Kevin
Coffee, etc afterwards at Dasiwa Cafe, 26th and Aspen, roughly 10:45am.  All are welcome even if you can't make the run.

Races to Run This Week:

Safety Note:
Please be aware of a man named Daniel who approaches runners (especially women) on Kelly Drive and tries to hug them and touch their feet.
Be aware of your surroundings, and be safe.
Please also see our Safety Page at www.phillyrunners.org/safety.html for general safety info.
