UP AME Org Tie-up Privilege Bundle (AME no Jidai)

 Logo placement in all Org Partner promotional materials (streamers,
posters,etc).
 Acknowledgment during all promotional activities.
 Live acknowledgment during the event.
 Acknowledgement on the Org Partners page in the event souvenir
program and the post-anniversary celebration issue of Kami to Ki, our
official newsletter
 Booth space in the AME no Jidai Fair at the A.Venue Hall Makati
 2 VIP Passes to the UP AME Anniversary Celebration(AME no Jidai) and
30% discount (on regular price tickets only) for other members.
 2 copies of the Anniversary Souvenir Program.



TERMS and CONDITIONS:

 You shall not pay any tie-up fee or assistance fee to UP AME.
 At least three (3) of your regular members should be sent to the
A.Venue Events Hall on the day of the event. They shall act as
volunteers and will help in the operation of the fair. They shall
attend the event operations briefing, the schedule of which shall be
announced later.
 Your organization should sell a minimum of 50 pre-sale and/or non-
presale tickets, the dates of release, distribution and remittance
shall be announced soon.
 A written contract shall be signed by both UP AME and your
organization for documentations purposes.
 Questions regarding the provisions on the contract and/or the
content of the Privilege Bundle shall be addressed to the AME no Jidai
Project Head.

So the challenging part of the tie-up seems to be the selling of 50
tickets. How much are they?

3K for the booth rental. Hmmm...

Others should start sewing their Sai, Hikaru, and Akira costumes. lol

this week kami magmemeet nung kausap ko sa ame, so malamang mafinalize
na namin this week... tsaka nanghihingi na rin sila ng reply...

so pano yun, ok lang ba sa inyo na ako na yung magdecide para sa
group?? or baka may free sa inyo this week, baka pwedeng sumama
sakin... di pa confirmed yung date pero malamang sya sometime this
week... text nyo ko 09064263274...

regarding sa cosplay, sabi sa nyo, plantsahin na lang natin buhok ni
benj... panalo yun!!! hehehehe

tapos idye natin yung bangs ni mikong para sya si hikaru... sino pa
pwedeng touya??? mag wig na lang siguro si martin!!! kaso nasa
singapore na... hehehe (peace! ^____^v )

anyway, sana walang violent reactions kung ano man kahinatnan nung
meeting with ame...

naisip ko kasi na mag bigay ng go problems then prizes... tapos may
lalaban din i.e. kay mikong or benj or celeste in a handicapped game,
tapos may prize din....

if agree kayo, manghihingi sana ko ng donations... mas ok sana kung
cash para kahit may pang prize tayo kahit drinks in can or go stuffs
or something na worhty of the difficulty ng problem, then kahit 9x9
goban and stones din as prizes...

if may magdodonate man, ipopost ko na lang dito, pati yung audited
money after ng event...

kasi base sa experience ko dun sa event sa tomokai sa ali mall, may
mga nagtatanong lang, pero wala talagang nakikipaglaro ng go (mga
orgmates ko din yung nagpapaturo...)

so baka lang mas interesting kung may puzzles and prizes...

Mahirap magreply kng di natin alam magkano ung ticket. Magkano nga ung
ticket?

When you said 'ako magdecide for the group', what kind of decisions
are you talking about? Choosing the 3k booth option or being a tie-up,
un lng ba? Or something else I'm missing? I think you can represent
the group, but just an advice, don't promise things and expect others
in PGA to answer them. Like saying there will be at least X PGA people
who'll be there, or we'll surely sell X tickets, or we'll just take
the 3K booth. Anyway, you can text us naman for these things. At kelan
pala ung meeting? Most ideal is Celeste can be there coz she's
technically the only officer of PGA. Maybe I can find time to be there
too.

"Go problems then prizes". Yep, maganda 'to, marami na rin nagsuggest
nito. Ala Tsutsui giving a can of juice in HnG hehehe. Anyway, we have
time to plan this. The urgent thing is to iron out the package,
whether the 3k booth or the tie-up option.

Btw, you don't need to do this alone, na magbibigay lng ung iba ng
pera tapos kaw na gagawa ng lahat. We can do what we did last time,
ask for volunteers. Ang nangyari actually nun, in kind ung donation ng
mga tao (though may cash donations din for the sponsorship package).
When we prepared the 9x9 boards, iba-iba nagprovide ng rulers,
pencils, markers, MDF boards, may bumili ng snacks when we made the
boards, at may nagdonate ng stones nila.

makikipagbargain kasi ako dun sa kausap ko.. kasi feeling ko mahirap
mag shell out ng 3k for just this one event, and mukang mahirap din
imeet yung ibang reqs dun sa package nila ie: 3 persons at least to
volunteer for the whole event... mukang mahirap din magbente ng at
least 50 tickets... (the usual price ng tickets nila ever since yata
is 1oo php)

if 150 php sya, would selling tickets still be an option??? how much
ba ang ideal price for selling tix sa inyo para may idea bukas???
tsaka baka naman mali ako dun sa dami ng tao na pwedeng magvolunteer
sa event... meron bang volunteers???

so gusto ko sanang imeet halfway lahat ng kaya nating ibigay at yung
pwede nating makuha...

bukas pala ng 1pm yung meeting with the ame person (si john)... mas
maganda sana kung masasamahan nyo ko...

btw, kelangan pala ng tao for contract signing and other formal
stuffs... and if magaagree pala tayo sa deal, kekelanganin nila ng
softcopy ng logo ng org para sa publicity stuffs...

i can say its safe to assume na 100php ang price ng tix... reply naman
kayo ng options natin... para mas clear ang ideas...

Kung 100 ung ticket, 50 tickets is 5000 and comparing that to 3k
booth, we need to sell at least 20 tickets, and then we have 30
tickets left for us to distribute (or sell) to the group + we have the
other perks that come with the tie-up package. I assume with the 3k
booth, ung mga wala sa booth still need to buy tickets? So the cost is
not just 3000, it's 3000 + (how many people plan to attend x 100).
Ilan pala ung counted na kasama sa booth na di magbabayad ng ticket?

Kung 150 ang ticket, I don't think it's an option. Kng 75, definitely
an option. Kung 3 volunteers, those are not the people on the booth
yet right? So 3 volunteers for the entire event, and we still need
volunteers for the booth itself? Mahirap nga un kung ganun.

Makikipagbargain ka pala, cool. I think if you get a cheaper package
sa booth (like maybe 20% cheaper), game na un for me. Meaning I'll
help raise the money, and we'll definitely raise it, no problem.

For the logo, check the Files section of this group, and look for
PGA_LOGO.png.

I think I can attend the 1pm meeting tomorrow. Anyone else who can
attend? Benj, Che, Celeste, JM, Jed, ...?

org 'tong kakausapin natin, so mga studyante, and Friday 6pm or 7pm
may be a bit too late for them.

i agree with mikong's assessment. sa tingin ko hindi na ako kailangan
sa meeting bukas.

here's what i am willing to contribute for the event:

- volunteer sa _booth_
- bring 2 goban sets
- pay for the tickets of 2 other members

The Org Tie-Up is official! We only need to provide 2 volunteers for
the event (Erick and Celeste) instead of 3. The tickets are priced
P100 but they're selling it to us at a discount price of P90, and they
have agreed to lower the tickets we need to sell to only 40 (so we
need to pay them P3600 on the day of the event).

For the booth, 2 seats will be provided and the 2 people on the booth
won't need tickets (Benj and me). For everyone else, you'll need to
get tickets from us. If anyone can help sell the tickets to their
friends, please inform us. Of course, I'll also help in selling the
tickets. Btw, for those who will volunteer to substitute with Benj or
me on the booth (maybe we need 2 subs), we'll give you tickets for
free.

Let me follow Benj and be willing to pay tickets for 2 other members,
preferably the students or those who have no work yet. I'll take care
of the 9x9 goban prizes as well (maybe 3).

We need other prizes like canned juice or softdrinks, snickers
chocolate bar, pack of tissue, etc. Or something. hehehe Suggest
prizes you think would be nice (from cheap to expensive ones to match
the difficulty of the Go problems).

How much are we going to sell the tickets? I know a number of people who might be interested in buying. Kasi pag nagbebenta kaming tickets like this sa org ko sa up, normally may patong, so may kikitain yung org.

Ang balita ko may nakalagay na P100 sa ticket e. So we're selling it
at that actual price. We got it at a discount price of P90, so that's
a P10 mark-up.

One idea is that whoever sells tickets can sell it for P90 or P100
(his or her choice), and can just return "tickets sold x P90" back to
PGA so that PGA can pay AME back. If the seller sold them for P100,
then the seller keeps that P10 per ticket as an incentive to sell. I'm
not really sure if PGA should be keeping the extra P10. Anyway, the
seller can donate the profit she earned if the seller wanted to. Or do
you people think the P10 should be for PGA? This is just an idea, I'd
like to hear what others think.

i guess mas ok na rin na sa seller na lang yung tongpats... sa tingin
ko nga minsan mas maganda yung case na ibenta sya for 85 or 80
pesos... lalo na pag mlapit na yung event.. mas madali syang
mabebenta... kesa hindi sya mabenta at all...

may go marathon din kami ni dardsie sa friday...

pwede din ba kong sumama sa wednesday??? free din ako sa friday...
(panalo maging bum!!! woooot!!! hehehe)

lulubus lubusin ko na ang go bago bumalik sa trabaho...

kaya free ako anytime except sa thursday.. ^____^

at sa saturday ng umaga... dahil may lakad kami ni celeste...
