How to debug a plugin

Hi.
Sorry for this that could be a stupid question.
I've downloaded the pgina-3.x-vs2010 source code and I would like to
"debug" the "sampleplugin".
How can I debug it? There is no "runnable project" in "sampleplugin"
solution. Do I run one of pgina-3.x-vs2010 projects?
