CALL FOR ART! 1-night event at Optical Underground: Thursday, February 9th, 5-8pm: Free & open to the public!

Glass is seeking artworks for an exciting promotional Glass and Glasses event at Optical
Underground in downtown San Francisco. This is a great opportunity to show the
range of techniques that we use to create art at Public Glass, and to expose your work to a new audience! We have space for 15-20 pedestal pieces, and display
cases for numerous small works.
Drop Off: By 9:30pm Wednesday, 2/8 at Public Glass, 1750 Armstrong Ave. SF
OR by 3pm on Thursday, 2/9 at Optical Underground, 280 Sutter St. SF.
Pick Up: 9pm on Thursday 2/9 at Optical Underground or by 9pm on Friday, 2/10 at Public Glass.
Conditions:
-Public Glass will collect 15% of gross sales from each artist.
-Artists will ideally be present at the event to represent and sell their own work.
-Artists will handle their own sales or make arrangements with other artists present to handle their sales.
-Work should be packaged ready for the customer - include all necessary boxes & packing materials.
-Each work should include your name, title and price (work can also be marked NFS).
-Please include any promotional materials such as business cards, brochures, etc.
Marketing: Public Glass and Optical Underground will utilize their mailing lists and local media for event promotion. Artists are also encouraged to use the attached flyer and the
Facebook event link to promote to their own mailing lists.
