Hi Paul,

No, all you can do is search by name.  Most of the names are entered in Chinese, so you will probably need to search by Chinese characters.

NLM's People Locator is also mirroring this data ( https://pl.nlm.nih.gov/sichuaneq ), and may be helpful in that you can do an empty search to see report summaries, and then, while viewing a particular person's report, copy Chinese character(s) back to search, to find other records for the same person or persons with similar names.
