Batch submission of PURLs

Hi

Is there anyone on this list who can help me with batch submission of
PURLs to purl.org ?

I've tried using curl, also the scripts on
http://code.google.com/p/persistenturls/wiki/PURLClients, but with no
joy. I may well be doing something wrong.
