approval pending

Hi,

Approx 3 weeks ago, I entered a request for domain name "/service/01".

Reading the posts in this group I found out the delay for approval is normally quite short.

Tried to approve myself but had to log in as "Administrator", which I am not.

 

Can any-one inform me how to proceed plse?

Eddy,

The /service domain is marked as private (public=false actually). In effect, this limits who can create subordinate path segments to authorized accounts only. Sorry the system doesn't report this fact more automatically.

I would suggest requesting your own top-level "domain" with a name that reflects your specific situation.
