NPM and RingoJS packaging

Persevere has been upgraded to run on Node 0.6, and installed with NPM,
or run on RingoJS 0.8 (and installed with it's package tool). If you
want to give it a try, you can refer to the instructions:

Yes, definitely report issues. However, in general it is more organized
to file issues in github.com (for the corresponding packages).

Just checked in some updates to perstore/mongodb to get it to run with
the latest version of node-mongodb-native ("mongodb" package in npm)
https://github.com/kriszyp/perstore/commit/d44d5906d2b5e32fb1f1897f59c0cddca03b645a
This at least seems to work with the wiki example and some queries. Let
me know if there are still problems.
