Subject: Parrot question repository spot
I've been trying, with very limited success, to get things documented
and questions answered. (Nick's recent issues with parrot and PMCs
are just the newest of a long string of stuff) Since success has been
limited, and questions either get Warnocked or asked multiple times,
I figure it's time for something a bit more organized.

Since opening up the repository to anonymous checkin's not the wisest
move and getting everyone CVS access is sub-optimal as well, I've
taken advantage of the Wiki setup and throw a page for questions at
http://www.vendian.org/parrot/wiki/bin/view.cgi/Main/HowDoIDo.

It's not a perfect solution, but it's probably better than what we
have now. I'll try and make sure they get answered, and if some kind
volunteer (hint, hint... :) would like to both take questions that
hit the list and add them here, as well as taking the answers as they
get put up and repost 'em to the list, well... that'd be swell.
