Here are the current test results on my WinXP, VC++ 7.1 box.

The three skipped tests are:
t/pmc/signal.t
t/pmc/threads.t
t/op/64bit.t

Will do.  BTW, I'm starting to work on the broken dynclasses (missing
export symbols), now that release 0.1.2 is out.
