For the first time in the two months I've been working on Parrot,
'make test' completely succeeded -- and with some TODO tests passing,
to boot!

All tests successful (18 subtests UNEXPECTEDLY SUCCEEDED), 11 tests
and 605 subtests skipped.

It should be noted that this was configured with r16268 of
Configure.pl -- not the head. As reported in RT 41195, configuring
with the current version of Configure.pl causes 'make' to fail for
me. I need to have step "inter::progs" come two steps after
"init::hints", not immediately before it.

Thanks to whomever cleared up the problem with shootout.t!
