Why? Can anyone say?
I doubt it, if only because I doubt that anyone understands the
Parrot::Docs::* packages at this point.
Until such time as we can commission a total rewrite of our docs-to-HTML
code, I think we can safely reject this ticket.
I will delete the comment and reject the ticket after next week's
release unless there is some objection.
