[perl #39053] [PATCH] Update PLATFORMS for Solaris (May 2006)

Alas, parrot no longer completes the build successfully. The parrot
executable is built, but the 'make' command dies a little later
when in the PGE directory [perl #39050]. I can still run 'make test'
but there are many many errors (see [perl #39051] and [perl #39052] for
what appear to be the most relevant ones).
