Hiya parrot people,

This patch cleans up (mostly descriptions) and demonstrates the use of
the languages abc test harness. This file is intended to concentrate
the basic tests for the abc language.

Files affected:
languages/abc/t/abc_basic

Hiya parrot people,

This patch is intended to add new more files to the languages abc test
suit. As file names demonstrate one of them is used to test abc's
statements and the other abc's special variables. I hope to add some
more tests to both of these as soon as possible, since there are a lot
of statements that are implemented and are not yet fully tested.

New files:
languages/abc/t/abc_statement
languages/abc/t/abc_special_variables
