In src/ops/pmc.ops within the hash() op, there is a todo item which is
just marked with XXX. There is no explanation as to what to do.
Either this should be worked out and fixed, or the todo item should be
removed (with a good reason as to why).

The hash opcode and vtable function are deprecated in PDD 17. (Neither
