Rakudo branches cleanup

Hi,

there are a lots of rakudo branches on github, and I'd like to ask if I
can delete some of them.

I've added the last modification month and comments to some of them; I
also marked some with an asterisk; if nobody objects I'll delete those.

alist - 2009-05
array_refactor - 2009-02
autounfudge-with-limits - unmerged, useful
*gh-pages - 2009-01 only one minor commit
*hll-load-library - 2009-05, by Tene; merged?
*ins - 2009-06
*ins2 - 2009-06, merged?
leave_exceptions - 2009-03, unmerged
*llsig - 2009-10, merged
mail-patch - 2009-04, unmerged, could be merged trivially
master
*merge_petdance - 2009-02, abandoned integration branch
*move_split_to_any_str - 2009-02, merged
ng - WIP
*pccupdate - 2009-10, merged
range_to_setting - 2009-02, not merged, needs closer looking
*resig - 2009-10, merged
*resig2 - 2009-10, merged
split-gen-setting-2 - WIP
usenqprx - 2009-10, worth keeping for now
ver-auth-modules - 2009-05

Definitely. The ones from your list that I'd be very comfortable
with removing are:

For the others I've not listed above, we should probably hear
more discussion about them or make sure there's really not anything
we want from them.
