Subject: Anyone recall what changed with PERL_UNICODE between 5.10.X and 5.12.X?
I'm tracking down test failure reports for Capture::Tiny that show up
when PERL_UNICODE=SAD and STDIN is closed and apparently only for Perl
prior to 5.12.

Perl5120delta and log messages about PERL_UNICODE don't indicate any
major change.

Before I go spelunking in the source, does anyone recall what might
have changed around then?

Thanks,
David
