Your original message specifically tells me to reply to your message if I don't want my submission identified as spam. If replying causes you problems, as your note suggests, how about modifying the last paragraph of your message to be more clear? For example:

We apologize if your email is mistakenly identified as spam. If you need assistance
you may reply to this message and one of our support agents will get back to you.
Otherwise, no further action is necessary on your part.
