dbi-...@perl.org is the right place for both. I've been off-line for a few
days and haven't seen your original question yet, but since this is a volunteer
list, either no-one felt they had anything significant to say, or they might
have been away (like me) or too busy to respond immediately.
The better you state your question the better chance you have of a useful
response.
There is no moderator.
I see a question from you related to Oracle and ORA -03113 related to NLS in
my trash folder - 5 days ago. You got a response the same day from someone
at Oracle, suggesting that more information should be available in the
server log files. Did you look in your log files? What did you find?
There isn't anywhere else to get more knowledgeable help about DBD::Oracle
short of buying paid support - either from Tim Bunce or, more likely, from
Oracle.
