Sorry if I am new here, but this is my first post to this list. I
recently got COMAINT on Win32-API and have been releasing new versions
of Win32-API which should have no known crashes or hangs or test fails
(and I promptly fix them if they become known) unlike before. I seem
to have few to no reports over the last month for 3 releases of
Win32-API compared to historical numbers (see
http://static.cpantesters.org/distro/W/Win32-API.html#0.73 ). I'm not
sure if I need to be more patient or has Win32-API been placed on
ignore lists or is getting failing local patches.

For Slaven Rezić, I see you are patching Win32-API based on reading
https://github.com/eserte/srezic-cpan-distroprefs/blob/master/Win32-API.yml
and http://www.cpan.org/authors/id/SREZIC/patches/Win32-API-0.67-SREZIC-01.patch
. The patch is not required anymore. I determined that test to be
fundamentally flawed and therefore, permanently skipped. I am not sure
if that patch is affecting your reports on Win32-API.

For Serguei Trouchelle, I see this line " |COSIMO/Win32-API-0.61
# Crashes" in
http://svn.trouchelle.com/perl/cpan/prefs/_stro_win32.yml . I am not
sure if that is affecting newer versions of Win32-API.

Yes, you must. The current situation is far from normal. Barbie is
apparently working hard behind the scenes to fix some bug. Apparently
this bugfixing obstructs new reports to be integrated.

I looked in my reports-sent: 0.71 and 0.72 are failing, 0.73 passes.

No problem --- the patch is only active for version 0.67. I just put a
note on the issue in my distropref file.
