Use of Xen VMs for cpan testing of timing sensitive modules

Hi.

I've been looking into why Xen VMs seem to cause problems for NYTProf
tests, such as this example (from David Cantrell's system):

I was digging through the results of

I don't know much about Xen but the bottomline seems to be: upgrade.
