Recursive dependency detected, when installing Bundle::CPAN

Here is my perl vesion.

$ perl --version

This is perl, v5.8.8 built for x86_64-linux-gnu-thread-multi

I run the following command.
>perl -MCPAN -e shell
cpan>install Bundle::CPAN

But I see the following error. Could somebody let me know how to fix it?
