Percona Server RPM Dependencies

Using Percona Server 5.0 RPMs, we were meeting dependencies of rpm's
that required mysql. Items like Maatkit and perl-DBD-MySQL.

However, upon upgrading to Percona 5.1, using RPM's, these
dependencies are now not met.

Short of creating my own spec file and recompiling, is there any way
around this?

Try Percona-Server-shared-compat and/or Percona-Server-shared-51 ...

You may need to remove the mysql and/or mysql-libs.

That took care of it. I had only Percona-Server-shared-51 installed.
Couldn't have both that and compat installed, so I switched and no it
looks good.
