Senate Bill 221 is the capital budget and has passed both houses of the
state legislature. It includes the $2 million in funds to match the
Anchorage Pool Bond.
Once the Governor receives it, she has ten (10) days to deal with it.

A .05% mill rate, as I understand it, mill rates are assessed per $1000 of assessed
value. So, .05% mill rate = .0005 * 1000 = $0.50/$1000 of assessed value - $5 on a
$100000 house.
Is this right?
