Option complete Location display, can it look like Bookmarks display?

If I set option complete=bookmark, the result lines show tags nicely highlighted in highlight group Tag ("A bookmark tag for a URL") and keywords highlighted with Keyword ("A bookmark keyword for a URL").  If I set complete=location, the whole line is highlighted in highlight group CompItem.

The attached screenshot where I have complete=bookmark,location shows the same link in both sections with keyword "test" and tags "capacity" and "venue", note how they are red (Keyword group) and yellow (Tag group) in the bookmark section.

Keywords do not appear at all in the location section.  Tags do but not in a distinctive colour.

Is this something I can fix by updating the configuration?
