From the Telegraph of 9 Feb 2024: NAYLOR-LEYLAND Jacqueline peacefully at home on 6th February aged 91. Much loved sister of Minou, wonderful mother to Atalanta,David and Joanna, and adored by her six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Funeral to be held at St Cyriac's Church, Lacock at 11 a.m. on Wednesday 21st February.

She was d of Maj Chevalier Ides FLOOR DSO MBE of E.Grinstead, Sussex. She m 1953 Michael Montague George 1926-2012 s of Sir Albert Edward Herbert NAYLOR-LEYLAND 2^nd Bt 1890-1952 and Marguerite 1896-1945 d of Baron Louis Marie Charles Fradin DE BELABRE 1862-1944 and his 1^st wife Janetta Alexandra 1867-1903 d of Cmdr Alexander George WEST RN 1821-75, and had a son and two daus as above.

The six grandchildren are in DPB online. Of the five great gc, George Antony J. b 2018 reg Q2 H'smith (in DPB online) and Sienna Victoria b 2021 reg Q3 H’smith (not in DPB online) are the children of her gs John Michael N-L b 1984 by his 2013 m to Victoria Katherine HOWARD-JONES. And Cosmo Leopold Jasper b 6 June 2023 (in DPB online) is the son of her gs Frederick (Freddie) George N-L by his 2020 m to Sophie COOPER. The remaining two unidentified gt gc may be the issue of her gd Laura Atalanta R LAMBERT b 1992 by her c2019 m to Charles F SCOTT.

Her mother in law Marguerite Fradin de Belabre was sister to Yolanda Fradin de Belabre whose daughter Fiona MacCarthy wrote Last Curtsey.
