From the Telegraph of 24 Dec 2021: Mr H.P.L. van Schevensteen and Miss E.A. Chubb - The engagement is announced between Harold, youngest son of the late Mr Pierre van Schevensteen and of Mrs Christine Bioul, and Eliza, eldest daughter of Mr William Chubb and the late Mrs Cassandra Jardine.

Harold Pierre Lionel b June 1991 s of Pierre VAN SCHEVENSTEEN and Mrs Christine Bioul.

Eliza(beth) Anne b 1992 d of William John Jeremy CHUBB and Cassandra Caroline 1954-2012 d of Christopher Willoughby JARDINE CB 1911-82 and Anne Eva Katherine 1915-20_ d of Sir George Henry James DUCKWORTH-KING 6th Bt 1891-1952 (title ext 1972) and Barbara Madalen J 1894-1979 d of Hugh Scott MAKDOUGALL of Makerstoun.

I take him to be a brother of Arnaud, who in 2003 became engaged to baronesse Ségolène van der Straten Waillet (Belgium). His mother in that case would be Marie-Christine Tonet.
