Maybe build them in space? Why should communities be forced to pay much higher energy prices for already needed energy storage? If communities are allowing these “data storage” facilities, the whole community should benefit through the profit the companies are going to make from AI creators. Energy storage for alternative energy distribution nationwide should be the goal, not AI.
