If page 2 is the location of the question about 'type of bikes you own' - I had trouble getting past that page as well until I realized that EACH line required an answer.  That is, if I had zero of one of the bike types, the survey requires checking the zero box. 

Once I went back and filled in each line, it let me proceed.

Yes, I had the same experience - I had to place a check mark in all radio buttons even if the answer was "0" and then it was fine.  Carol
