Rudder bearings

On my 422 the lower rudder bearing is warn resulting in clunking sound as waves strike rudder.  Does any one have source bearings or spec's?

I only know of one person that rrplaced the bushing on the bottom end of the rudder. He said once you remove the bronze fitting it has a cup like bushing in it that the end of the rudder fits in. He said it wasn't to difficult.

I remember him saying it was bronze and he had a new one machine. Is your boat out of the water? On my boat the bronze bracket is covered with glazing compound covering the bolts. Once the compound is ground away you can remove the bolts and the bracket can be removed. You have to remove the bracket to access the bushing.
