Is it possible to support DynamoRio, so it can detect some light flowover
but wasn't detected by windbg and other debuggers?
Is it possible to show the codecoverage that we can choose another sample
file?

For code coverage check out Peach\tools\minset.  This is a tool that will
take a collection of inputs and run then against a program and determine the
minimum set of templates required for the most code coverage.  It's limited
to programs that accept input on the command line currently and uses the
Phoenix framework from MS to locate all the basic blocks in a program.

Anything more advanced than this won't show up until the 3.0 time frame.
