Thanks to David for reporting this.

A silly bug slipped through that will cause problems with certain uses
of <Number valueType="hex" value="xxx">.  The patch is to replace
Peach\Peach\Engine\parser.py with the file attached.  Also I did a
quick update to the Tutorial_DHCP-Request.xml so it works with beta3.
