This is where we'll be building the member and user community around the PeaceDot project, an open initiative from Stanford University's Persuasive Technology Lab.

So what is Peace Dot?  It's pretty simple . . .

Any organization with a website sets up a sub-domain at peace.[company].com. At that page you share how your product or service helps promote peace--in whatever way that makes sense for you.

Your page would be --> peace.[your-domain-name]. You put whatever you want at that page, from stories to stats. Simple is good. The community here can help you figure out what's best for your organization's PeaceDot page--just ask.

We had an early meeting with Facebook, and they are on board as our Lead Partner. Their Peace Dot page is done, but it's not yet posted for the public. Their page lets users see the number of cross-conflict friendships FB facilitates (e.g., Israelis friending Palestinians) on a daily basis.
