NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday said India was open
to resuming talks with Pakistan provided Islamabad created a congenial

COLOMBO: Sri Lanka government is planning to import rails and concrete
sleepers from India for the reconstruction of the northern railway
line from Kankasanthurai to Palai. P. B. Wijesekera, General Manager
