Two Rails Developers needed

Turing Studio (http://turingstudio.com) is looking for two experienced
Ruby on Rails developers for a full-time 3-month contract. You will be
helping us refactor, optimize and extend a social networking product
for pre-teens.

We've completed an alpha version of this product for our client. The
work deliverables for the next phase of the project will focus on
prepping it for a beta launch. Work will be organized as a set of six
15-day agile development cycles.

You should have a solid grounding in Ruby and a track-record of
helping launch medium-to-large RoR applications. We use a standard
stack of Rails + PostgreSQL/mySQL + Passenger on Debian. The
deployment environment for this project is EC2 - AWS experience is a
plus.

You should have a working knowledge of and demonstrated professional
experience with the following:

* Ruby on Rails
* Debian
* Apache/Phusion Passenger
* PostgreSQL/mySQL
* xHTML/CSS/jQuery
* Git

Bonus points if you have either:

* Extensive Javascript background, particularly deep knowledge of
jQuery and JS optimization, or
* Experience as a sysadmin, particularly on Debian systems
