Hi, Goaties-

I'm just getting oriented to the wonderful world of urban
goatkeeping. It will be a while before my family is ready for the
responsibility of our own goats, and in the meantime, I'd love to
learn a little more about it. Specifically, how does one milk a
goat?

If you have goats, and you wouldn't mind teaching me about this, and
you'd like someone to help with your routine when you're out of town,
or just really busy, I'd love to work something out! Thanks,

Meredith

Hey Meredith

What part of town do you live? The reason I ask is, we are always
happy to teach new or prospective goat owners the ropes, but we start
milking at 6:15 each morning. We live in SE (Mill Park neighborhood),
and have found that most people that live more than 15 minutes from us
don't want to get up early enough for our schedule. Let me know if you
want to come by to see and learn how we do it.
