Hi,
We just recently moved into an existing house. Everything is fine
except the front yard landscape is a bit plain and dull. We tried to work
on it ourselves for a while. But the work simply dragged along forever
and no end is in sight. Finally we decided to hire some professional
help. What we are looking for is just some simple cosmetic makeover to
improve the curb appeal in general with comparatively low maintenance. We
are looking for someone who can give us some simple design ideas, come up
with compatible plant list and do the work within a reasonable time and
budget. We are not looking at anything as fancy as pond, waterfall,
japanese garden etc.
Any recommendation of landscape service firms and contractors will be
highly appreciated.

Yeah, those non-existing ones can get mighty cold and damp
in the winter...

Isn't it amazing that very intelligent and detailed people like Fishface can
spot what they feel could be incorrect grammar, but can't gather that
intelligence and focus it on doing something useful besides nitpicking on a
newsgroup?
