Dear Ray,
In your letter you wrote about our being set up. The Marshalls
used Ed's refusal to return to trial to set up a conflagration that
was totally unnecessary.
When Ed failed to appear, Judge McAuliffe immediately issued an
arrest warrant. Why didn't the Marshalls execute the warrant right
away before anyone came to the house, before I returned to the house?
At the very least they could have blocked access to the house
immediately. That way, none of this would have happened. Danny,
Jason, and Reno would never have come, would today be continuing with
their lives. Ed and I would only be 2 1/2 years from being released.
I believe the Feds seized upon the opportunity to make a very
public example of us, aided by the media to intimidate people into
submission, and also to play their war games with their big toys.
I wanted the attorneys to ask that question of the head Marshal,
Gary De Martini, at the tiral, but they wouldn't do it. They also
decided not to call Danny to the stand.
Danny was there as the prosecution had him brought in. Why
didn't our attorneys" call him? Danny later wrote a letter to "Ed's
attorney, asking him why. Danny was very angry that he wasn't called,
as he wanted to testify about some of the lies the Marshall told.
Danny was in the military, an MP for a time, and is very familiar
with weapons. He claims that the weapons the Marshalls had the day he
was shot at, were not non-lethal ones as they testified, but were
lethal, and the bullets that they shot at him were real, lethal
bullets. They do whatever wish with no accountability.
Other friends of ours are now awaiting trial on tax charges not
related to us. Other friends have already been tried and convicted..
It is a sad time here, my friend.
Yahweh's blessing to you Ray. I have given this to him, and so, I
am at peace yet eagerly looking forward to His favor creating our
release.

And well should the Sovereign People of America pray for God's
infusion of Courage to stand up to a government which no longer serves
them, but serves the corporation which has seduced them through an
enslaving livelihood.
Elaine, you and Ed have indeed been made an example of. Since the
loss of our Constitutiion Article III courts here in America, along
with their many corporate enforcement agencies, the Sovereign People
of America are reeling with confusion over the changes which have
come about in their lives, which have stripped away their Unalienable
Rights and which now expect the people will not object to their
Infringments of Rights now being declared to be inadmissable in
unconstitutional administrative contract courts which have hijacked
our Constitutional Court System. The People have been desensitized to
the horrors that are daily being inflicted upon innocent individuals
such as yourself and Ed because they have been reduced to being
fragmented, unwhole entities via the satanic conditioning they excuse
as normal Political/Religious" correct thinking.
People like you and Ed are dangerous to governments such as ours.
You know who you are, a Sovereign Woman and Man, Daughter and Son of
God, and understand the hierarchy of Jurisdiction from God to man to
fictional government to fictional subjects (Strawmen).
It is that question of Jurisdiction that they refused to answer in
your case. In my two cases, here in Southern Oregon (02CR0617 and
03CR0170), they too refused to answer the question of JURISDICTION
even to this day. The difference is they threw me out of their jail
even though they convicted the fictional subject (Strawman) they
COULD NOT CREATE A NEXUS, to me, this Living, Breathing, Flesh--and
Blood, Sentient,Narual Man, therefore they had to kick me out of their
jail with no charges hanging over my head. (of course, the 55 day
combined hunger strike helped a great deal).
In my case, the crooked and corrupt JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT
ATTOREY CLAE E. JOHNSON, aided and abetted by the OREGON Attorney
General's office sat on a Grand Jury secret indictment based on the
Patriot Act for 6 months, until I filed the UCC Liens against the
STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE. It was when I actually filed
the multi-million dollar commercial liens against the corrupt Judges
and Law Enforcement people and the government Agencies which employ
them, that they decided to come after me. It was all done under the
widely accepted practice of law enforcement and Courts call CYA (Cover
Your Ass)
You subsequent pyramided charges following the bogus tax trial come
under the same CYA governmental practice. They had to make an example
out of you as they attempted to do with me..
To this day, they will not answer the question of Jurisdiction.
Their way out is to create a justification for Martial Law, then such
questions of law will not matter. They will have declared war on the
American People, They will begin to execute citizens as "Enemies of
the State." Only then, will an apathetic public learn the lesson of
public APATHY.
I have been writing for years now of a peaceful resolution to the
current problems we face in our country, but to no avail. Americans
have been lulled into comfort and escape so that they have lost their
ability to act. Many will not survive. I question whether I will
survive.when they begin to round up those they consider dissenters who
threaten their powerbase I am a man of Liberty. A Simple man of
Truth, I am a dissenter to Tyranny. So be it.
I understand that Death is a release from this satanically ruled
world. I have no illusions about what I have been called to do with
my life. I have followed that call, and. as you, am at peace with it.
