Dear Ray,
Two Letters from you today-What a gift! I (word not readable)
took 2 weeks & which is typical. The Marshalls took me from the
sentencing hearing directly to Danbury. I was not able to return to
Strafford at all. All my legal work was there, so I pray that all
will be forwarded to me here. Ed was taken to (Devard?) the day
before so Sept 30 was the last time we saw each other.
I remained at Danbury until Wednesday, Oct 7, when I was flown to
Oklahoma City, That's the Federal transfer center. Because it was
crowded there, some of us were placed in the Grady City Jail in
Chickakasha Ok, just outside of OC. There I stayed for two weeks.
Ray, I cannot tell you how absolutely horrible that place is. I do
not know how anyone survives who has to be there for an extended time.
The food is unrecognizeable much of the time. The facilities are
wretched, absolutely nothing to do, not even books to read.
We awakened for breakfast and head count every morning.at 3:30
then the lights go off, everyone goes back to bed. At 7:00 we are
awakened again for head count. Lights go off and everyone goes back to
bed. At 8:00 lights go on and are on for the day. Lunch at 10 - -
10:30, Dinner at 3:30 -- 4:30. Everything feels dirty.
It is a large room, tables in the center, bunks arranged around
three sides. On the (word not readable) is the doorway to the
bathroom, No door or curtain, so you can sit at a table eating while
watching someone on the toilet. Disgusting.
There are also holding cells there. Five of us had to go into
one when we first arrived while waiting to be processed in. This is
an enclosed cell about 15- 18 with a toilet/sink combo. When we went
in there were 5 women in there with orange jumpsuits lying or sitting
on 5 mattresses on the floor, each with a blanket. Nothing else in
the room. The mattressed took up all of the floor room. They had
been there for days. No way to shower, nothing to do. (rest of the

Ray, it is hard to believe such conditions exist.in this country.
It is truly shameful. And I know that what I have seen is far from
the worst that exixts.

She and her husband put out the New Hampshire Free Press, and are part
of the Free State Movement. She sends me and Ed her newspaper every
month and publishes what we send her. Ask her to email you the
article she sent me that Mark Davis of the Valley New wrote about my
sentencing hearing. He was the only reporter we would continue
speaking with.
So here I am back at Carswell, Thank You Jesus. If I have to be
in prison, this is the best place to be for someone my age. I assume
Ed is still at (Devard??) and don't know when his sentencing will
be--probably in December some time. I pray he is safe. They did the
same thing to Danny Riley, sent him to Devard?? also.
Am I correct in deducting that you have read our motions on the
memory stick, as you wrote you could not believe how Singal could
dismiss them as frivolous. Are you also putting them on the Internet?
It sounded like you are. Thank you.
I was fascinated to read that you submitted a Security Agreement
to the PD (Public Defender) Ed and I sent the same thing to the
judges and the prosecutor. No Response.
Please note I told the court in my allocution statement before the
judge imposed the sentence, that I do not accept/consent to any
judgement, sentence, fines, imprisonment, penalty, punishment imposed
by the court.
You are correct regarding the Jurisdiction issue. As in the first
trial, all our pretrial challenges to jurisdiction were denied as
frivolous. So we are seeking an attorney who will file suit against
the U.S, and against the courts for fraud.
I was glad to read of your communication with Maid Marion. She
has been writing to me for some time.and I love communicating with
her. There are many I want to write to, to let them know where I am,
but I have no money in my commisary accout, so I have to make do the
few stamps until someone sends some money to my account.
I have started my new job.so I will be earning $18 a month.then I
will be able to buy stamps. Until then, I have to apportion them.
I have no regrets about what Ed and I did. Certainly I do not
enjoy being in prison but I know we did the right thing.and Yahweh
will work His will in a way none of use will expect, and we will be
freed.

Dear Elaine,
Your account of sleep deprivation under the guise of headcount
sounds like institutionalized torture to me. Such satanic measures
always carry with them a logical explanation which hides their true
intent.
I am concerned for you. The Stress you are under is taking its
toll. You are lucid in your expressions, but you motor skills have
been affected as revealed by your handwriting. I have been having
increasing difficulty in parsing out some words. To that issue of
stress that you are undergoing, I say observe without reaction and you
will begin to feel the peace of the Spirit that cannot be caged nor
controlled, by man's inhumanity to other men.
It is that spirit that the Josphine County Oregon Jail
authorities were stymied by in my case. They had my body caged, but
they never had my spirit under their control. It was that spirit of
understanding my Sovereignty and knowing that I was a Child of God,
that frustrated them at every turn. That and the two combined hunger
striks of 55 days. I did not resist them, I did not obey them. In
essence I gave them no power over me. I BOYCOTTED them. They did not
know how to handle such peaceful resolution on my part. They had lost
their power to intimidate. That is always a fatal blow to Satanic
tactics.
Satanic power requires Invitation via either one's consent or
resistance. When neither are offered or compelled into action, jails
and prison personel are powerless to act in their normal satanically
trained ways.
Elaine, I shall send a copy of this to Kat Kanning and be assured
I have been disseminating you motions and communication to the
Internet. I have received little feedback on it.
I have been promoting this non-violent, "resist not evil" Spiritual
approach of BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT to authoritative intimidation to
the public on a larger scale, via the Internet, but the mass
conditioning of the public is just too much for the average man to
see, for he is blinded to the Truth which is evident all around him,
and his fear and confusion allow for his blindness to submit to the
will of his equally blind leaders. That is the hell of Civilization.
Since we last communicated, I have been banned from two Internet
forums. As in jail, when the authorities could not intimidate me,
neither could the mass attacks from spiritually blind forum
subscribers who reacted violently to my messages allowed to have their
effect.
Your description of jail conditions ought to outrage every decent,
freedom-loving God-gifted Sovereign American who reads your comment,
but I fear most of them have been operating throughout their life,
as broken-spirited automatons.. Men and women who have compromised
themselves, sold their souls for the societal bowl of porridge known
as Security. They have sold out their birthright as Sovereign People
and now find themselves shuffling along life's road, dejected and
impotent.
You and Ed stand as a Bright Light of Freedom shining for all to
see. Your spirit has not been broken, but you both have been sorely
tested.
Understand that no man can take away from you, that which God
has given -- Freedom. The loss of freedom is only a mindset, in a
moment of satanically induced doubt.. Be quiet, invite Truth to be
your guide in all things and you and Ed will be protected. That is
not a theory Elaine. That is a PROMISE.
The latest "false flag" shooting at Ft Hood Texas is just another
of the government sponsored Psychiatric Communities "Manchurian
Candidate" operations. It is seemingly incomprehensible that the
public does not catch on to this recurring theme by now. It has
existed since John F Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, John Lennon, Tim McVeigh
and the public is schmoozed away from the underlying link to all
assassination by a suggestive media which cannot cloak the link of the
shooters to the psychiatric/mental health counseling (Hypnosis)
campaigns.
The simple fact is this. The American People are Sovereign.
Their servant government operates with Limited Sovereignty, granted to
them by their Sovereign Masters. The government has pulled the
Satanic wool over the eyes of the People, through years and years of
recurrent, repetitious conditioning, until the Sovereign People have
been made to doubt themselves, and now believe themselves to bes "dead
men walking" corporate juristic persons, i.e., strawmen. That doubt
has been what has enslaved the greatest nation which ever existed.
One where the entire world once looked up to, but now has accepted the
satanic suggestions which has transformed its people into human
slaves, human resources, to be used, abused and replaced when they
are perceived by the corporate elitists as "useless eaters."
In a spiritual way however, all is as it should be. Americans
deserves what they get from their government. LIfe on earth is a
Spiritual Testing Ground, and quite an effective on at that. Until
broken spirited Americans, wake up and grow a backbone those who have
not learned their lessons, who still lack spiritual awareness shall
experience a HELL they never thought possible.
Americans have been spoiled, pampered, they have become weak
minded and weak spirited. They are not prepared for what is about to
happen to them.
. Many will cry, "WHY ME LORD, WHY ME". The Lord (The Eternal Voice
of Truth) shall reply WHY NOT YOU!! ARE YOU NOT REAPING WHAT YOU
HAVE SOWN? ARE YOU NOT GETTING WHAT YOU HAVE SET INTO MOTION BY YOUR
IDOLATRY AND INACTION? . IF YOU WANT SO TO BE A SLAVE, OUGHT YOU NOT
FEEL THE FULL BRUNT OF WHAT SUCH SLAVERY MEANS?
Sometimes I wonder if the American People will EVER WAKE UP
before their servant government declares open war upon them and calls
it Martial Law.
One Asks the question "How dumb can the average America be?" The
voice of Truth calls out "PRETTY DAMNED DUMB." and yet there is no
one to hear and comprehend such pristine and resounding voice of God
speaking to them.
Hold to your faith Elaine. Yours and Ed's is a Test. So far, you
two are looking pretty good.
