SETTING COOKIES IN CHROME

In Google Chrome under the hood where it is about accepting cookies is browsing faster if you set it to accept all cookies....I have it set to only accept cookies from sites that I visit?

I did the same thing (only sites I visit) and don't notice or care about
a minor speed difference.
