Any reason KDE4.8 hasn't been released for the production 32-bit
PCLOS?  Just a matter of priorities?

Yes, we have a very small team to package KDE 4.8.2. It is a big task, and
have prioritized on the 64-bit. Once problems and issues have been sorted out
and fixed, it would be much easier to package for 32-bit. Please be patient.
