Hey everyone,

In case you guys haven't seen it yet, there is an X11 Mouse Cursor on KDE-Look
that took my breath away. Yeah, I fell in love with it. It is just so right
for PCLinuxOS and I want to ask you guys and gals to try it out.

It is call CursorUltim2 -
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/CursorUltim2?content=106289 -
converted from a submission of B2R on WinCustomize (I think it's called Lens)
by Kuduk using sd2xc-2.4.pl and refined with GIMP. It has an Artistic 2.0
License.

Direct download link is
http://www.kde-look.org/CONTENT/content-files/106289-CursorUltim2.tar.gz

I am using it now and it somehow adds to the completeness of PCLinuxOS ...
well, kind of. ;)

Sorry guys, it's horrible. It keeps rotating on a "normal" ie not busy
cursor. Completely distracting after a while and did my head in within 5
minutes. Back to "just blue" for me!

Dave exactly is the cursor item you don't care for? Maybe we could modify it a bit more.
Are you sure you are looking at CursorUltim2p2_tar.gz the one I modifyed? The first version did constantly rotate. This mod uses a blue pointer and the "PCLOS" like rotating circle as the wait.

I do like this cursor. The arrow becoming a circle when passed over anything
clickable is at first distracting, but after using it for a bit isn't so
bad. I can get used to it, I think.

Call me a hermit but I had never seen the justblue theme davecs mentioned. I think it may be the way to go by just adding the "PCLOS circle" to is as the watch and wait cursors.
I'll post it shortly.
